TOULOUSE
Les Halles is inviting Captain D Light to enhance its façades with its Liquid Light Show: a luminous art form that uses fluid mechanics to create liquid visual projections.
Captain D. Light uses old analogue projection machines, without computers or video projectors. It’s an organic experience made up of water, oils, bubbles and colours layered and superimposed in moiré patterns. The projector model used: Visiophare, a new low-tech LED device made by recycling overhead projectors. The layers scroll, the liquids swirl, this installation embellishes the architecture when night falls.
