Synopsis:
Sofia Coppola’s second feature film, following *The Virgin Suicides*. A romantic comedy as subtle as it is melancholic. Set in Tokyo, it tells the story of a meeting between a fading actor and a young American woman accompanying her husband, a fashion photographer. Both are lost in their own lives and in a culture that is completely alien to them. The irresistible pout of Scarlett Johansson and Bill Murray, perfect in the role of a sentimental version of Droopy. Between seriousness and light-heartedness, a brief encounter marked by jet lag.
