MECANIK PARADIZE

Description

Come and enjoy three exceptional evenings and one day to mark the closing of the Pink Paradize Festival, co-produced with Les Productions du Possible.

On stage, you’ll find the biggest names in French and international music taking to the stage, amidst living machines in a set design by François Delaroziere. Astérion the Minotaur and the two Great Spiders will be joining the party, amidst a storm of snow and fire effects. Spectacular!

The first acts have already been announced!

For the opening night on Thursday 8 October, discover a programme of solar-powered electro, high-octane disco groove and danceable soul. German DJ Purple Disco Machine will sweep you along in the wake of his disco-house sound with funky touches; whilst Selah Sue, the high priestess of magnetic groove, lets her radiant voice resonate over beats that navigate between groove, soul, jazz, electro and hip-hop. Between the electronic sets, make way for the irresistible band Caravan Palace and their electro-swing with its leaping brass section. The intimate artist Julii Sharp will have the pleasure of kicking off the evening with her Anglo-Saxon folk ballads.

For the evening of Friday 9 October: the highly acclaimed Paul Kalkbrenner, a global figure on the Berlin electro scene, will kick off the line-up of headliners! A much-anticipated artist who sets the tone for an exceptional 6th edition… He’ll be joined that evening by the energetic, world-renowned British DJ Christoph and Toulouse’s rising star of electronic music, DeLaurentis.

Line-up for Saturday 10 October: Get ready for a cutting-edge techno night. Rebekah, Clara Cuvé and BLK. B2B Azyr are set to set the ‘Piste des Géants’ alight.

Sunday is dedicated to street arts with a friendly, festive and free day of events: a kids’ party and street performances will bring the festival to a spectacular close.
