The Cité de l’espace is open until nightfall and welcomes you to a range of brand-new, free activities throughout the evening in a unique atmosphere, where you can immerse yourself in the wonders of space. Discover the magical atmosphere of the Cité de l’espace’s ‘Nocturnes’!
On the programme:
– Exhibitions, activities, shows and films available throughout the evening.
– Stargazing through a telescope
– Illuminated Space Gardens
– Night-time rocket show: Ariane takes centre stage!
– Restaurants and food trucks
Special late-night event dedicated to the partial solar eclipse on 12 August:
– Free distribution of protective glasses (1 pair per family).
– Screening of the film “Totale” at the Planetarium.
– Activity dedicated to the Astronomer’s Dome.
– Guided stargazing in the Gardens.
– Live broadcast of the total solar eclipse from the Javalambre Observatory in Spain.
