REVEL
1940. France was tottering, but behind the scenes, thousands of women were joining the Resistance. They fought against hunger, war and the position that the Vichy regime wanted to impose on them. Among them, complicities, revolts and loves are born and affirmed. It’s also a story about lesbians, trying to make their way at a time when, more than ever, people are trying to deny their existence. It’s a story of territories, between Paris, an occupied city, and Toulouse and its region, places of passage and resistance.
The Guinguette Sauvage opens its doors to you before and after the show to share a moment of conviviality.
