TOULOUSE
Madame Olala’s imagination seems boundless. And that’s just as well, for everything around her seems capable of taking shape. Bringing together theatre, illustration and musical composition within a framework conceived as a space for experimentation, *Olalaland* puts technique at the service of poetry. An epic and marvellous tale written as a whirlwind of images, illusions, sounds and colours. In the tradition of their previous shows staged at the Théâtre Garonne (Ainsi la bagarre in 2022 and Madame L’Aventure in 2024), Lionel Dray and Clémence Jeanguillaume have devised a form unlike any other, where the world of comics and music converge in a grand, absurd and poetic whirlwind.
