TOULOUSE
This concert, given by P. Langot on a Bernardel cello from 1829 and F. Henry, highlights two major figures of Romanticism, Chopin and Schumann, above all famous for their piano works. They both wrote important pieces for piano and cello, which they felt was the ideal instrument for imitating the human voice and singing the cry of the heart.
