REVEL
For its first edition, the town of Revel is hosting a fun and cultural event centred around video games, perfect for enjoying with family or friends!
On the programme: tournaments on a giant screen, open-access gaming areas and a host of activities to explore video games in all their forms. Fans will be able to compete in games such as FC 27, Mario Kart World and Super Smash Bros., with registration available on the day of the event (from 10.00).
Young and old alike can also enjoy a free-play area, discover iconic consoles from the 2000s in the retro-gaming zone, try out the arcade machines, challenge each other to a game of Just Dance on a giant screen, enjoy immersive experiences through virtual reality, or even take the wheel of racing simulators.
The games library will round off the activities, offering a fun break away from screens.
This day will also be an opportunity to learn about and discuss video gaming practices. Professionals will be on hand to support families, answer questions and raise awareness of digital technology use. The InfoJeunes Revel information point will also enable young people to discover careers in the video game industry and the training programmes that lead to them.
