For its 4th edition, the Salon du Chocolat is joining forces with the MUB (Musée du Bois de Revel) to invite you to discover the fascinating world of marquetry. In collaboration with Guy Roux, Master Chocolate Maker in Mazamet and Ambassador of the International Culinary Order, the Comité des Fêtes and the MUB are offering you a unique sensory experience, combining the art of chocolate and that of marquetry.
On the programme: chocolatiers, pastry chefs and a host of passionate craftspeople, all coming together to share their cocoa creations with you. There will also be interactive workshops for young and old, and fascinating demonstrations. Try your luck at the tombola. Younger visitors can also enjoy entertainment by a ventriloquist magician.
On-site catering with a selection of food trucks to satisfy all your gourmet cravings.
