AGDE
A theatrical and musical production by Jacques Prévert.
Jacques is eight years old and has a head full of questions.
When his teacher refuses to answer them any longer, he whispers them out of the window to the birds. One day, one of them replies… Through the words of Prévert, previously unreleased songs and timeless classics, Camille and Matthieu pay tribute to the sensitive and socially conscious poetry of this great author.
We follow this ‘dumb kid’ as he abandons his ‘writing page’, setting off to sing ‘at the top of his voice and on one foot’ because ‘he’s got to pass the time’.
Will he eventually discover that life can be ‘as simple as saying hello’?
