TOULOUSE
Around fifteen Italian exhibitors will take you on a journey from the north to the south of the ‘Bel Paese’, via the islands. Several regions are represented, ready to introduce you to their culinary specialities. And there’ll be something for everyone, from sweet to savoury!
Some gourmet treats: amaretti, chocolates and panettone from Piedmont, delicacies from Puglia, truffles from Alba, Sicilian cured meats (black pig ham), as well as a selection of sweet treats and products made with Bronte pistachios, and specialities from Sardinia. Cheeses matured with wine, straw and herbs from Lombardy, the unmissable organic Parmigiano Reggiano from Emilia-Romagna, and liqueurs from the Amalfi Coast.
This 11th edition also provides an opportunity to showcase the ‘fashion and accessories’ sector with bags, belts and accessories made from genuine leather from Campania, silk and woollen scarves and shawls, and items and jewellery crafted from genuine Murano glass, or from copper and natural stones.
