TOULOUSE
They meet at a secondary school in the city centre that takes part in the ‘Mixité’ scheme. Some take a shuttle bus every morning to cross the city; others simply have to ‘cross the road’. We follow them into adulthood, exploring their choices and non-choices, tracing the repercussions of political decisions on their private lives. A production that explores conflicts of loyalty, curiosity and feelings of shame, class contempt, discovery and uprooting.
