TOULOUSE
After starting out with a record label, Tioma went through a period of exhaustion and self-doubt. Caught up in a system that demands constant performance, constant visibility and the pressure of sales figures, he took a step back from his music… and began therapy. This experience led to a realisation: to continue creating, he needed to slow down, regain control of his time and put people back at the centre.
He therefore chose to go independent and retreated to the Landes region to create his debut album, *Thérapie*, due for release on 13 February 2026. Surrounded by a team of friends and musicians, the album was recorded using traditional methods, far removed from industrial production practices. *Thérapie* explores the doubts and struggles of one’s twenties: the search for identity, moving to the capital, being separated from loved ones, mental health, and the difficulty of staying true to oneself in a world that demands ever more.
Conceived as a collective and human project, *Thérapie* champions a different way of making music: slower, more sincere, more grounded. A sensitive and direct brand of folk-pop, where songwriting becomes a space for healing, and creation a means of rebuilding connections.
