The beach wrestling tour is a fun, inclusive eventsuitable for people of all ages.
The practice of wrestling emphasises its educational, sporting and social aspects, with a view to fostering better community living.
Wrestling offers children the opportunity to learn a range of life skills (self-defence, respect, and the development of motor skills). It enables adults to take part in a sport whilst feeling capable of protecting themselves if necessary. It is also excellent training from a health and fitness perspective.
The beach wrestling tour will therefore offer a range of activities showcasing all the values and lessons of this sport. Participants will be able to take part in introductory sessions led directly by professional athletes licensed by the federation.
