SOREZE
The Trans’Occitanie 2026 is the second edition of an inclusive itinerant walk supported by the Ligue du Sport Adapté Occitanie (LSAO), and implemented locally by the Comités Départementaux du Sport Adapté (CDSA) and sports associations. Aimed at people with neurodevelopmental and/or mental health problems, it follows the Canal des Deux Mers.
For the 6th leg, the programme includes hiking/water-based activities (canoeing, paddle-boarding, etc.) and land-based activities (gentle introduction to climbing, zip-lining, adapted caving motor activities, etc.) – precise details of activities to come in the next few months.
Possibility of doing :
– Hiking in the morning and activities in the afternoon
– Activities in the morning and hiking in the morning
Distance of the hike :
– With the sheaf loop: 5.16km (with a slight difference in altitude)
– Without the sheaf loop: 4.36km
Meet between 9.30am and 10am.
