AGDE
With Gisèle NégrelIn this moving performance, Gisèle Négrel pays tribute to an exceptional woman, an artist with a passion for life: George Sand.
George Sand’s journey becomes a universal metaphor: that of the quest for self, the fulfilment of one’s dreams, and the inner strength that drives us to pursue our passions to the very end. It is a genuine invitation to explore the flame that burns within each of us, our dreams and our quest for freedom. Following a script-based production at the MJC in Agde, the artist will spend a few days working on the sound and lighting at the TAG, thereby presenting a brand-new show.
George Sand’s words are astonishingly relevant today – modern and true,
and, on a human level, very close to our own experience.
