BALARUC-LES-BAINS
A true pop chameleon, Venus VNR draws on the influences that inspire her to craft stories and choruses that tug at your heartstrings. Founded by a former member of Thérapie Taxi—a band nominated for the 2019 Victoires de la Musique—and discovered by the Stupeflip label, the duo quickly made a name for itself on the French pop scene, racking up over two million streams and participating in numerous collaborations, festivals, and opening acts.
Both contemporary and iconoclastic, Venus VNR takes a sharp look at our times, wrapping it in pop with electronic, melodramatic, and tragicomic undertones. It’s raw, delicate, sincere… and devilishly addictive.
