MONTESQUIEU-LAURAGAIS
Papi Ernest is the grandson of a boatman and grew up on the banks of the Canal du Midi. He spends his days fishing or cycling along the Lauragais hillsides. Sometimes nostalgic, Papi Ernest likes to reminisce about his happy childhood, but above all he’s a colourful character who doesn’t let himself be pushed around.
