On the programme for the ‘Harmony & Movement’ weekend on 7 & 8 November 2026:
Welcome on Saturday 7 November at 10.00 am
– Yoga and Pilates workshops & sessions: Come and enjoy these practices, which are both different and complementary, to find a balance between fluidity and stability, relaxation and tone, a calm mind and an aligned body
– Rejuvenating & active walks to gently boost your cardio, get some fresh air and have a natter!
– Relaxation & emotional management through breathing techniques, meditation and stretching
– Relaxation with access to the heated indoor swimming pool.
You can access the wellness area for an additional charge:
30-minute sauna session: €10
30-minute quick massage: €40
50-minute massage: €60
– Culinary delights with fresh, home-cooked lunches and evening meals at a quality restaurant
The weekend ends on Sunday 8 November at 4 pm

Price: €430 all-inclusive
Once you have booked, you will receive an email requesting payment of a 40% deposit, i.e. €172
Your place will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance of €258 is due by 7 October 2026 at the latest
