In the heart of the village of BOUZIGUES, 2 steps from the beach and shops, in a calm and serene setting, pretty single-storey villa with quality furnishings. The property features a spacious living area with a TV sofa and WIFI, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer) and a shaded terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your meals or just laze around….. The sleeping area includes 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with 2 90 cm beds that can be joined together to create a 180 cm bed. Separate toilet and shower room with walk-in shower. A laundry room houses a washing machine, where you can store your belongings and bicycles. You can park your car inside the property -Fenced and gated property. In Le Mas des Guilles, you’ll have a wonderful time before going for a swim or a paddle on the Etang de Thau, then enjoying a shellfish platter along the harbor. A lovely place to stay for 2 or 4 people, as a romantic getaway, with family or friends, but also suitable for curists. Pets are not allowed. NON SMOKING accommodation – Linen not supplied. During the heating season, a supplement will be charged for your consumption during your stay (based on meter readings) and will be payable on the day of your departure. Parties not allowed in the property.
