The Cosy Lodge gîte is ideal for tourists, visiting friends or family, or for business travellers (close to Airbus, Purpan, Blagnac Airport, Zénith, Cité de l’Espace, Stade Ernest Wallon and Toulouse Stadium). Located in the quiet Lalande district to the north of Toulouse, you can get there by car (easy access via the ring road, exit 12) or by public transport, bus or metro (line B, La Vache station). On request, Francis can collect you from the airport or station. Free street parking. Pets not allowed.
In terms of leisure activities, you can walk or cycle along the banks of the Canal de Garonne, visit Lac de Sesquières (4km) and its water sports activities based around the two Wampark ski lifts, stroll around the Argoulets sports and leisure centre (5.5km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness centre at L’Union (7.5km) or watch a Stade Toulousain rugby match (5km)!

The 85 m2 flat is on the first floor of the owners’ house, and offers the perfect setting for relaxing, with its large 20 m2 covered terrace and large living room. It is accessed via the internal staircase shared with the guest rooms. It comprises an entrance hall, a 50m² living room including a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fitted kitchen and a dining area opening onto the covered terrace, a suite comprising a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a large dressing room and a shower room with walk-in shower. A 2nd small bedroom with a 140cm double bed is also available. Separate WC. Wifi or wired internet access. Reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets on windows.
