Welcome to Armande and Dominique! Our ecological gîte, the first to be built of wood and straw in the Haute Garonne, has a 3-star rating and is a haven of peace nestling on the edge of the Mullo woods. It’s a place where you can relax and share ideas. It’s the perfect place to discover our region and recharge your batteries in a natural, unspoilt setting.
Accessible in 15 minutes from Toulouse and 10 minutes from the SNCF stations (Montastruc and Montrabé), it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. We welcome you in a separate part of the house. Everything has been done to protect your health and well-being. The gîte was renovated in 2023/2024 using healthy materials and warm colours, and is equipped to guarantee your comfort. From the passageway, you enter the light-filled living room. A sliding door separates it from the sleeping area, which includes a shower room, a conventional WC and a bedroom with 2 90×200 beds that can be separated or connected. Kitchen linen, sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made on your arrival depending on the configuration you choose (2 single beds or 1 double bed). The top-of-the-range sofa bed converts in seconds into a 140×195 bed (17cm mattress). Outside, you can enjoy your private shaded terrace, equipped with a cocoon seat, a table and 4 chairs.
We have several bicycles at your disposal, so you can admire the Pyrenees from the top of the hamlet and enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the Lauragais and Tarn regions. You can also use them for our slow tourism outings. If you’d like to explore our region, we’ll be happy to advise you and provide you with all the information you need to organise your visits.
We cultivate our own vegetable garden using permaculture methods and will be happy to share the bounty of our plantations with you (if this is the case, as the deer and rabbits also help themselves!) All the shops are less than 5 km away, and we’ll also be happy to help you buy local produce and direct sales (bread, honey, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, sweet products, flour, beer, wine, etc.). If you don’t want to cook too much, we have 12 restaurants less than 10 minutes away to suit all tastes and budgets!
When it comes to leisure activities and outings, there’s something for everyone: cultural and historical visits, sports, museums, architecture, activities for children, or just lazing around at home… We look forward to welcoming you to Le Bois Mullo!
