BEAUTEVILLE
The Amandine gîte (50 m²) is part of the Granges de Flolie, located in the countryside, in a small, very quiet village close to Villefranche-de-Lauragais (8 minutes away by car) and 2 minutes from Saint-Michel de Lanes (a village with a grocery shop).
The gîte sleeps up to 5 people and has one bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. WC and bathroom (with heated towel rail and hairdryer) complete the first floor.
On the ground floor, the accommodation has a fully-equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge, dishwasher, halogen hob, built-in oven, microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The lounge area has a television, DVD player and double sofa bed.
The dining area has a table and five chairs. It opens onto a private terrace with a picnic table, benches, parasol and barbecue.
Reversible air conditioning.
The gîte has its own private terrace and private parking.
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bath.
Towels and sheets are provided.
On the property, an outdoor swimming pool, heated and covered from mid-April to the end of September (weather permitting), is shared with the owners and the other gîtes on the estate. Shared activities include a small bowls pitch, table football, table tennis, board games and a play area for the little ones.
Rental by the night (except July/August), weekend, week or month.
