The gîte, renovated in 2019, is nestled in an old barn. It sleeps 9/10 people. It is located in the countryside, in a small, very quiet village, close to Villefranche-de-Lauragais (eight minutes by car) and two minutes from Saint-Michel de Lanes (a village with a grocery shop).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (oven; induction hob; microwave oven; extractor fan; large fridge with freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; Senséo coffee machine; kettle; toaster), partitioned WC, bathroom with double washbasin and shower.
The dining area has a round table with four chairs.
The lounge area has two sofas, one of which sleeps, a television, a table and chairs, and reversible air conditioning.
The accommodation has its own private terrace with picnic tables, parasol and barbecue.
Upstairs: two partitioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a dormitory room with 5 single beds. Magnificent views over the cereal fields from the bedroom. A WC completes the upstairs.
Other facilities include a washing machine, table tennis, table football, Molki, board games and books for all the family.
On the property, you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with the tenants of the 2 other gîtes on the estate and with the owners (who live on the property). The pool is heated and covered from mid-April to the end of October, depending on the weather. There is a small petanque area in the garden.
The gîte has its own private terrace and on-site parking.
