This gîte can accommodate 2 people. Nearby, you can discover the étang de Montady, famous for its unique star shape, the result of an ancient medieval drainage system. Ideal for hiking and birdwatching. And don’t miss the Oppidum d’Ensérune, the archaeological site of an ancient Gallic village. Walk or cycle along the Canal du Midi, stopping off at the 9 locks at Fonséranes. Further south, enjoy water sports or laze on the sandy beaches of Sérignan or Valras. Lots of entertainment awaits you on the Mediterranean coast. To the north, discover the charm of the Haut-Languedoc nature park, with its lakes, rivers and hiking trails? The gîte is located on a vast property that includes the owners’ house and a second gîte. This detached cottage has no facing building and is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen with sofa, coffee table and dining table, TV, wifi, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, hob, toaster, classic and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine and all you need for cooking. A double bedroom with a 140*200 bed opens onto the shower room, and separate toilet. A terrace with unobstructed views, private year-round heated Jacuzzi and garden furniture A communal outdoor swimming pool (9x4m) heated from May to October (to be shared with the owners and guests of the 2nd gîte).the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed on request. Parking is available in the grounds.
