Located west of Béziers, this gîte with garden is ideal for a family holiday. Just a few minutes from the 9 locks of Fonseranes and the Canal du Midi, enjoy a bike ride or the Mediterranean beaches 20 minutes away. Looking for nature or culture? Discover Fontcaude Abbey and the landscapes of the Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc.
The gîte, located on the 1st floor of the owners’ house, has its own entrance and garden.
Living area: living room, dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer…).
Bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140×190) and one bedroom with two single beds (90×190).
Auxiliary room: washing machine, cot and high chair, board games, books, table and chairs – ideal as a games room.
Outside: covered terrace for meals, garden with furniture, barbecue, swing and private Jacuzzi.
Parking on gated plot.
The fireplace is not functional.
