La Maison de Mél is a venue that can be fully privatised for groups, family gatherings or a break with friends. The venue also has facilities for organising company or association meetings and artists’ residencies.
Just a 7-minute drive from the Canal du Midi, the accommodation welcomes you to the heart of the countryside for a relaxing break surrounded by greenery. You’ll be living at the top of a hill with views of the Pyrenees, surrounded by fields and woods, yet close to all amenities (7min), and still within easy reach of Toulouse city centre in around thirty minutes.
The building has 6 bedrooms (6 double beds + 2 twin single beds + 1 single bed + 2 children’s beds + 2 baby beds), a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 shower rooms with separate WCs. A 9-place dormitory (including 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds with safety rails and 1 child’s bed) is also available for greater flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
Upstairs, the vast, light-filled 90 m2 living area has an open-plan kitchen and games room. With its bay windows, this convivial space gives access to the large terrace overlooking the wooded garden, the outdoor dining area under the “guinguettes” and the saltwater swimming pool (10×5 metres), its wooden deck and its solar shower.
On the ground floor, a second kitchen and additional living space provide direct access to the outside areas.
Outside, the barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, ping-pong table, outdoor and indoor games, bookshelves and sound system are all at your disposal.
