Very bright house with large private covered swimming pool close to the lake of Saint-Ferréol and views of the Montagne Noire
At the foot of the Montagne Noire, very close to the Saint-Ferréol lake (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedalos, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle, mountain bike hire and leisure activities…), you can recharge your batteries in this very bright house and enjoy its large private indoor swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature of around 24 to 30°C, covered with a shelter where you can stand all around). Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, plenty of games: table football, table tennis, basketball hoop and pool table in the living room.
Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a bastide with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian centre next to the Saint-Ferréol campsite.
Access to the gîte via a staircase leading to a conservatory (air-conditioned) converted into a dining room, large living room with sitting area and open-plan fitted kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace on the garden level, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200, can be twinned into 1 double bed 180*200cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm, air-conditioned), shower room with WC. Basement: utility room, garage, games room. Oil-fired central heating.
A year-round rental (2 people), with its own entrance, is adjoining, on the ground floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or swimming pool.
