With 10 years’ experience in catering, the Caroline barge offers its guests a table d’hôtes. Relax on the Canal du Midi, a Unesco World Heritage masterpiece, against a backdrop of vineyards stretching across the Languedoc plain. Travel light (by bike, for example), as linen is provided.
