SOREZE
Very cosy and bright 55m² loft, recently renovated, on the 2nd floor of an old, character house located in the heart of a listed village, in a typical, quiet street.
The house comprises the owners’ accommodation (ground floor and 1st floor) and a loft converted from the former attic/maidservant’s room on the 2nd floor with private access. It is on 2 levels: the lower level comprises the entrance/dining/kitchen area, while the higher level (0.70 m higher) houses the bedroom opening onto the lounge/TV area and the bathroom. The loft sleeps 2 people. An extra person (child or teenager) can be accommodated by adding a folding bed. A cot is also available.
The entrance to the house and the staircase to the first floor are shared (the ground floor consists of a single living room). Access to the loft is then private. The courtyard terrace is on the ground floor but remains accessible to guests.
