Come and relax in a gîte in the heart of the countryside, located on the first floor of a pretty pink-brick Toulouse house recently restored using noble, environmentally-friendly materials (lime, hemp, wood wool, poplar, etc.). This flat is very well located: 25 minutes from Toulouse and 2 km from the Canal du Midi.
Enter via the air-conditioned conservatory, built in wrought iron by the owner.
You then enter the living room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with television.
The master bedroom has a comfortable 160/200 bed, a wardrobe and a silent ceiling fan to keep the heat down in winter and cool the space in summer.
The second bedroom has a pull-out bed that can be converted into 2 side-by-side beds (2 x 90/200 mattresses) or a double bed. This bedroom also has a desk and chest of drawers.
The spacious bathroom has a washbasin, a corvette bath and a towel dryer with a few fittings (hairdryer, etc.).
Lastly, the accommodation has a laundry room where you can leave your clothes or groceries and do your washing and ironing.
Outside, you’ll love the 300m² private garden with deckchairs, terrace and barbecue. You can also take advantage of the large communal area with the henhouse and the blacksmith’s workshop for demonstrations, if you feel like it.
