All shops are within walking distance, as are the Etang de Thau and its children’s playground, and the port and its restaurants. Nearby, enjoy the beaches of Marseillan-Plage and its water sports activities. Don’t miss the medieval town of Pézenas, with its pretty narrow streets. Agde, Sète and Montpellier are also within easy reach. The gîte is composed as follows: Ground floor: – An elegantly decorated 40m2 living room with TV (Netflix, prime) – A 33m2 dining room – A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, top-of-the-range stove, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) 1st floor: – A beautiful 40 m2 master suite with a 160X200 bed, bath, shower, toilet and sink. There’s also a television with Canal+ – A 20m2 children’s bedroom, with two single beds and 2 bunk beds (90X190) 2nd floor – A 21m2 bedroom with a 140X200 bed – A 28m2 bedroom, with a 140X200 bed, as well as a child’s bed and a cot – An 18m2 bedroom with a 140X200 bed – A 12m2 bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 2 sinks. You’ll also enjoy an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, plancha/barbecue, and a heated swimming pool (size 4X10M) accessible from 8am to 10pm. A street-side outdoor area is also accessible. The (very discreet) owners live in a part of this huge house, with a separate entrance. Monsieur is a photographer and can offer you a quality photo session in his studio (extra charge). Parking available in front of the house. There’s a parking lot opposite if you need it. A deposit of 70% of the total cost of your stay will be required on arrival.
