Holiday rental for 4 people. This gîte, set in a small valley surrounded by fields, awaits you for a stay in the countryside (there are many fruit trees on the hectare of land: quince, cherry, etc.), where peace and quiet are guaranteed. You can enjoy sailing, rowing, fishing (private pond with carp) and walking in the surrounding area along the footpaths (starting from the gîte). Don’t forget to say hello to the two donkeys, Emon and Amandine!
Between Toulouse (26km to the east, 20mns from the Balma-Gramont metro station), Albi (58km) and Carcassonne (100km), you can discover the richness of our region. Château de Bonrepos-Riquet 6km away. Natura Game tree-climbing park 12km away, as well as a horse-riding centre. Buzet-sur-Tarn forest and golf course 15km away. Calicéo fitness and wellness centre 20km away.
Ground floor: entrance into living room (wood-burning stove) with dining area and fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, 4 ring gas hob), utility room (washing machine with dryer), down two steps to shower room with WC.
Upstairs: large lounge (sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, HI FI radio, 140cm extra bed), large bedroom with 1 160cm double bed and 2 90cm single beds, separated by a children’s play area. WC and washbasin. Oil-fired central heating. Garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. This gîte is adjoining the owners’ house (but not overlooked). Baby equipment (cot and high chair). Shared garden, not enclosed. Pets not allowed. Internet access. Possibility of teleworking.
