The gîte is located in an old winegrower’s house, which now includes the owners’ house and two gîtes, as well as a beautiful reception room. Mathilde will welcome you for a stay with your family, as a couple or with friends, or for a special event. Ideally located, enjoy the beaches of Valras and Gruissan. The Canal du Midi awaits you for beautiful bike rides. For nature lovers, the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park, around 40 kilometers away, offers mountainous landscapes ideal for hiking. And of course, don’t forget to visit Lespignan’s wine cellars and estates for wine tasting. The gîte comprises – A 31 m2 living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, hob), comfortable sofa and TV – A bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin – A 1st bedroom of 15 m2 with a 160*200 bed and storage space – A 2nd bedroom of 15m2 with a 180*200 bed, storage space – Laundry room with washing machine and dryer – Separate WC – 21m2 private terrace with barbecue and furniture – A swimming pool shared with the 2nd gîte (3.5*7), sun loungers.
