Delivered at the end of 2021, it is located on the second floor with elevator of a small 3-storey residence in the Taurus district of Mèze, facing the Etang de Thau, with a beautiful view of the yacht club harbor (Taurus) and Mont Saint Clair in Sète. Facing south, the terrace is protected from the prevailing north-easterly wind. We are private individuals. It’s also our vacation apartment, and we’ve decorated and equipped it with care. A 30 m2 terrace, tiled in imitation wood, gives this space a very pleasant marine atmosphere. Direct, unobstructed view of the pond, with the sea in the distance. Minimum 7-day rental.
