The apartment overlooks a sloping pedestrian street and is therefore on the quiet second floor. Layout: – Entrance into a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all small appliances, including food processor, wok, large and small frying pans, etc. – Communicating with the kitchen is a large, bright living room, ideal for relaxing after a day’s outing in a new, comfortable sofa that converts if required. – A cozy bedroom offering comfort and privacy, with the option of separating or joining the beds. Sleeps 2. – A functional bathroom with sink, shower with seat, bidet and new washing machine. – A large room that can be used as an office, or bedroom as required, with convertible sofa bed. sleeps 2. – WI FI – A bike room is available, perfect for discovering the town in a different way. Your stay : Booking and setting up your stay is managed directly by the owners, whose contact details you have. To finalize your reservation, a deposit of 30/° will be required. The balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your arrival by bank transfer. Reception and arrival are handled by a local concierge, “La Clé Sétoise”, guaranteeing a personalized welcome and a stress-free stay.
