The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden planted with trees, with easy access on foot to the beach and the lively Corniche district: sandy beach 5 minutes away, shops, quality restaurants and Casino (gaming) 2 minutes away. A sunny wooden terrace lets you enjoy the Mediterranean garden. Another shaded terrace is at the rear of the villa, under the arcades and olive trees. Free parking is available on site, so you can explore Sète on foot, by bike or by bus. Cars and motorcycles can also be parked in the enclosed garden. A small private garage is located at the entrance to the house. You can freely store your bicycles, or those you have rented.
