4 rooms (including kitchen), 2nd floor, city centre near train station, metro and airport shuttle. Close to the Pierre Baudis Convention Centre and administrative centres (cité administrative).

On the banks of the Canal du Midi, close to shops (grocery shops, bakeries, pharmacy). 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. There is a balcony accessible from the kitchen. The rooms are bright and very quiet at night, with parquet and tiled floors, washing machine, fridge, internet access and Wi-Fi. No TV, microwave or tumble dryer.
Sleeps 4 people, two bedrooms, 1 double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), sofa bed (120cm) in the living room. The heating is pre-set to 20° Celsius during the day and 18° Celsius at night (from 10pm to 7am).
As far as the price is concerned, there is a ‘tourist tax’ of €0.35 per night and per person, which is not included in the advertised rates. This is a compulsory tax paid to the town.
The Canal du Midi is a great place for walking and jogging. The banks of the Garonne and the Basilique Saint-Sernin are also nearby, as are the markets (Marché Crystal, Marché Victor Hugo) where you can find excellent fruit, vegetables, cheeses, meat, fish, honeys, exotic fruit and vegetables, bread, etc.
Breakfast and lunch are available on arrival. In exchange, please leave the kitchen and bathroom clean.
Food is available in the kitchen cupboards, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery too, I just ask that what is used is replaced (or equivalent) and cleaned.
