There are also two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as two WCs, one of which is independent. The living space is warm and well-equipped: reversible air-conditioning on the first floor and upstairs, fireplace, television, cable and satellite Internet access. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, classic and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster and juicer. A private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. An exterior designed for relaxation The enclosed garden invites you to relax, with a private pool measuring 3 m x 7 m, secured by an electric roller shutter. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and private parking is available for safe parking. Rates 2025 and booking information Rates range from 650? in low season (January) to 1,950? in high season (July-August). In low and mid-season, short-term rentals are available for three nights or more, at a slightly higher rate than for a full week. Special rates are available for spa guests (except July and August).
