There’s air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in all 3 bedrooms.
The living room contains a dining table for 8 people and 3 sofas, 1 of which can be converted into a comfortable bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee makers (Senseo and Nespresso) and oven.
The 17 m² master bedroom has a private bathroom (6 m², with bath, shower, WC and washbasin) and a 3 m² dressing room.

There is a large swimming pool (12x6m) which can be covered. The pool can be heated (May 1 to September 30).
