The “Envie de Vivre” villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood.
Everything is on one level: living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, 2 separate showers, separate toilet and large garage.
There’s air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in all 3 bedrooms.
The living room contains a dining table for 8 people and 3 sofas, 1 of which can be converted into a comfortable bed.
There is an Internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee makers (Senseo and Nespresso) and oven.
The 17 m² master bedroom has a private bathroom (6 m², with bath, shower, WC and washbasin) and a 3 m² dressing room.
There are two separate showers (3 m² and 5 m², with shower and washbasin) and a separate toilet in the night area of the house. The site is completely walled and gated.
There is a large swimming pool (12x6m) which can be covered. The pool can be heated (May 1 to September 30).
