In the commune of Capestang, this air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet residential area, right next to meadows and the Canal du Midi. Once through the front door, you’re greeted by an entrance hall leading to the living/dining room, brightly lit thanks to its large picture windows opening onto the terrace and equipped with a connected loudspeaker. Next, the separate, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, small appliances, food processor, etc.) also opens onto the terrace. A laundry area with washing machine is attached to the kitchen. The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with two single beds (90x200cm) and the last with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom/WC. There’s also a second bathroom (shower and bath) and a separate toilet. The highlight of this house is its dressing room with plenty of storage space, and you can use part of the garage to store your bikes or other equipment if required. Outside, make the most of the sunny days on the terrace with its barbecue area, garden furniture and swimming pool (unheated). Parking is easy in front of the house, and it’s also possible to park a car inside. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. All you have to do is pack your bags! TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Less than 10 minutes’ walk from Capestang’s lively village square, with its market, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and live music every Friday in summer. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from a supermarket and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the canal and its 250 km of banksbut also … the collegiate church, the Canal du Midi (Unesco World Heritage site), the Malpas, the Oppidum d’Ensérune (pre-Roman site), Béziers (cathedral, allées Paul Riquet, Fonsérannes locks), Minerve (Cathar stronghold), Narbonne, Carcassonne, beaches (Valras-Plage, Saint Pierre la Mer), Agde, Cap d’Agde.
