At Amone, the cordon bleu is homemade using fresh ingredients and served in a variety of ways. Chicken fillet, ham and Comté cheese cream for the traditional ‘Gérard’, dried beef and Comté for the ‘Babette’, or even a vegetarian version with a vegetable cutlet, caramelised peppers and cheese cream: there’s a cordon bleu to suit everyone’s taste.
