Located right in the heart of Toulouse, this tea room is the city’s first flan bar – a unique spot where flan is served in every conceivable form.
On the à la carte menu, the recipes change with the seasons, centred around the unmissable vanilla flan, alongside more indulgent creations in flavours such as pistachio, hazelnut, peanut and coffee, as well as limited-edition recipes inspired by seasonal produce. Each flan is handmade using carefully selected ingredients, with a base combining shortcrust pastry and croissant dough to achieve a balance between crispiness and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
