Beza, the restaurant’s founder, showcases home-cooked, seasonal and sustainable cuisine, with a particular focus on local produce and expertise. The menu blends French and Ethiopian influences, reflecting the restaurant’s ethos of a ‘cultural dining experience’ open to all.
