With Quentin Pallestor-Veryrier at the head of his brigade, Gilles Goujon has made this establishment a landmark on the French gastronomic scene.
The menu will feature fish from the chef’s own farm and vegetables grown in a permaculture and educational garden.
Farmyard meats will be a regular addition to the menu.
The Michelin-starred chef and his family will take it in turns to be present at the restaurant once a week, making this new address a landmark in Béziers gastronomy, without forgetting its family spirit.
