In this lively third place, a number of activities take place side by side.

– The Canal Coop association:
Since the beginning of the adventure, the Canal Coop’ association has been behind the project to refurbish the old flour mill, turning it into a third place hosting a wide range of activities to serve the residents of a fast-changing area.
This creative and ambitious team offers a rich and varied programme of events throughout the year (concerts, shows, debates, workshops, etc.).

– Le café des minotiers :
This community café and its terrace offer a warm welcome for a drink and a taste of local produce. You can also take advantage of the many events (concerts, shows and various meetings) programmed by the team at this community and cultural venue.

– L’échoppe, l’épicerie du canal:
This small 20m² shop offers a tempting range of locally-produced foodstuffs from within a 50-kilometre radius of Gardouch. On the shelves you’ll find cheeses, vegetables, cold meats, dairy products, eggs, beers, fruit juices, lemonades, colas, herbal teas and even coffee from a roaster based in Venerque! Bread from Gardouch bakers Au Pain Levé completes the selection.

– The multi-activity room:
Located on the 1st floor of La Minoterie, the multi-activity room can be used for your activities and meetings in a warm and unusual 40m² space. It can be made private on request to organise work meetings or develop individual projects.
The room is available on weekdays between 12pm and 2pm, and in the evening from 6pm, to ensure that co-workers in the adjoining space can enjoy a quiet evening.
Rate for 1 hour’s hire: €10.
