La Nonna Lina is an artisanal, family-run pastificio. It all began with our grandmother Lina. Lina, who had to leave her native Veneto at the age of 20, has never denied her origins. Quite the contrary! She passed on everything to us, and today we share her memories and heritage with the people of Toulouse. What better way to pay tribute to her than by dedicating a place to 100% fatta in casa gastronomy and the pleasures of Italy? A return to his roots, but in a modern and creative version!
