TOULOUSE
Le restaurant le Saint Sauvage vous propose une cuisine gastronomique dans un cadre romantique et intimiste .a deux pas de la place du capitole vous découvrirez une cuisine raffinée.
In a quiet street just a stone’s throw from the splendid Saint-Sernin basilica, this establishment is more than ever a unique stop-off on the Toulouse landscape. Far from the aseptic standards, sleek decor and imposed menus, it offers an immersive experience where the décor and the plate with its two solid toques rival each other in character. When you cross the threshold, you enter a boudoir-baroque universe: subdued lighting, deep velvet, gilded frames and antique objects create a hushed, almost dreamlike atmosphere. It’s the ideal address for an intimate, romantic dinner (in fact, they only set up tables for two) and for disconnecting from the urban hustle and bustle. The à la carte menu features some fifteen mouth-watering dishes, combining the local and the exotic: a deep marble of foie gras with nori seaweed, an original finger of pollack with satay, excellent pigeon breast, panko-crusted leg with grand veneur sauce, a daring combination of sweetbreads and octopus with Saigon sauce, before an exquisite dessert of chocolate passion fruit, mango and Valrhona cocoa powder. A cuisine that’s off the beaten track, perfectly executed, generous and beautifully presented. Meticulous service (mouth-watering mignardises…) and a warm welcome,
