In a quiet street just a stone’s throw from the splendid Saint-Sernin basilica, this establishment is more than ever a unique stop-off on the Toulouse landscape. Far from the aseptic standards, sleek decor and imposed menus, it offers an immersive experience where the décor and the plate with its two solid toques rival each other in character. When you cross the threshold, you enter a boudoir-baroque universe: subdued lighting, deep velvet, gilded frames and antique objects create a hushed, almost dreamlike atmosphere.
