In the historic centre of Vias, “Le Vieux Logis” restaurant, a 13th century residence, offered hospitality in the past to Lords from the diocese of Agde. Today, Ariane and Vincent welcome you into magnificent surroundings and offer a traditional, sophisticated cuisine as well as a good selection of wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. A private dining room for ten to thirty people is also available. Specialities include: Duck Foie Gras Terrine or Escalope – Gratin of Oysters – Stuffed Squid – Charolais Beef Fillet and Entrecote Steak.
