Théo Saint-Pierre, a young 33-year-old converted cook, set out on his own to restore the world of soup to its former glory. The house also offers other French and world-inspired dishes that change every week and adapted to each season!!
Théo SAINT-PIERRE has opened a restaurant with an original concept that gives pride of place to soup. Tradition – from grandmother to mother – suggested her share of regional family recipes and her life in Barcelona and Paris for many years inspired her taste for world recipes. A tasty alliance which gives rise to soups as a complete dish, delicious and gourmet. The three soups also highlight other dishes found on the menu which changes every week.
